For my finalized script, I completed much more of what was left of the first draft. This included things such as camera shots, music chimes, and sections for each part. With this complete, I can now finish filming and have everything organized. Scripting was the most intricate, but necessary part. This is because it took a lot of time to put together and actually create from scratch. Not only did I have to write the lines for all of my characters, but also the way it would be shown through the camera shots. In my opinion, this is the hardest part of preparation.
Hello! My name is Kage and I will be working on the film opening task for AICE Media Studies. My goal is to create the opening to a film which highlights struggle, and overcoming adversity through being able to use what is given to you. How did I come up for this idea? First, I took a step back and considered myself. How can I relate to the product I am creating? This would help me gain inspiration, as being able to relate would help me use more emotion and passion in creating the project. Secondly and more importantly, what would the project be about? I really liked the plot of Rocky, in which Rocky was a poor, and humble person who wasn't gifted with much in the beginning.
